MTAを変更するには
初期設定ではMTA(Mail Transfer Agent)にはSendmailが利用されていますが、Postfixを利用することも可能です。
Postfixとsystem-switch-mailパッケージをインストールします。
# yum install postfix
# yum install system-switch-mail
インストールしたsystem-switch-mailを実行します。
# system-switch-mail
すると画面にSendmailとPostfixが表示されますので、Postfixを選択します。すると"Your MTA configuration has succesfully been updated."のように表示されます。
maillogファイルを見るとPostfixが起動したことが分かります。
# tail -f /var/log/maillog
May 25 12:39:14 server1 postfix/postfix-script: starting the Postfix mail system
May 25 12:39:14 server1 postfix/master[26524]: daemon started -- version 2.1.5
